Organic Coconut Flour
Organic Coconut Flour is made from the naturally organic dried coconut meat which is then 'defatted' and ground into coconut flour.gluten-free, Hypoallergenic and has the highest percentage of dietary fibre found in any flour. It has a light creamy sweetness of distinct coconut flavour and aroma and has not been treated with any preservatives or sulphites.

Great with curries and soups.
In baking Coconut flour will just fall apart if you substitute it 100% for another flour. However, if you add eggs to the recipe, you can use 100% coconut flour in a recipe. Coconut flour has no gluten and the eggs take the place of gluten.
